By using Pet Diary ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them.
Subscriptions
Pet Diary offers an auto-renewing subscription ("Premium") with weekly and yearly plans. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. The yearly plan may include a free trial; if you subscribe before the trial ends, you will be charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Your content
Your journal entries, photos and videos remain yours. They are stored locally on your device; you are responsible for backing them up.
AI content
Personality profiles, captions and horoscopes are generated for entertainment. They are playful interpretations, not veterinary, behavioural or medical advice.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, and do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the app or its services.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
